Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must include its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence after purchase

Conditions for Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some processing time before the refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at support@tuesdaybazaar.com and ship your item to:
